What’s the best way to get cat hair off suede furniture?
My cat has claimed the suede armchair as his throne and now it’s covered in short gray hairs. Regular brushes just push them around and I’m scared of anything too wet ruining the suede. Looking for a dry method that actually lifts the hair without damage.

Suede is delicate so you have to be gentle or you’ll end up with marks. I start by brushing very lightly in one direction with a soft suede brush to loosen the hair, then shake off what comes loose outside. For the hairs that are still clinging, adhesive works without abrading the surface. I’ve had good luck keeping lint rollers for pet hair extra sticky handy—they grab the fine stuff quickly with just light pressure. Do short rolls and peel often so it doesn’t smear. Afterward, a quick pass with a clean suede eraser helps restore the nap if needed.
